Elias is a CFO, entrepreneur and investor who focuses on investment operations and investor relations at Venture Lapland. His strengths include strategic planning and financial leadership, as well as risk management and decision-making.

Elias is known for his strategic approach and his ability to identify opportunities for growth and development – even where others see obstacles. His decision-making is built on a strong overall view and skilled negotiation.

As a leader, Elias is analytical and hands-on, yet people-oriented and solution-focused. Alongside leading business growth, he puts his energy into coaching teams and managers and into a wide range of investment processes.

As an investor, Elias has a long-term, diverse track record across equities, real estate and alternative investments. He combines strong financial expertise with curiosity and continuous learning.

Eelis is Venture Lapland’s legal expert. He holds a Doctor of Laws, a Master of Science in Economics and a Master of Science in Technology, and he is an Authorised Public Accountant (KHT).

Since completing his doctoral dissertation on state aid, Eelis has produced more than seventy peer-reviewed publications on environmental law, criminal law, tax law, commercial law and law & economics. He is an adjunct professor (docent) of environmental law at the University of Helsinki, has taught at the Universities of Lapland and Vaasa, and has worked as a researcher in several research projects.

As an auditor, Eelis assists clients in areas such as due diligence reviews, corporate restructurings and demanding civil and criminal cases. He also serves as a board professional in several companies across industries and as a member of the Finnish Olympic Committee’s disciplinary board for ethical matters.

Sport is close to Eelis’s heart: he holds black belts in two martial arts and has competed in judo at the Finnish national championship level.

Henry works with confidential management and security services and business consulting. At Venture Lapland, he contributes to HR leadership and to planning the operations of premium destinations. His strong background comes from more than 30 years of work, leadership and entrepreneurial experience in hospitality, HR and security services in Finland, Norway and Dubai, among others.

Venture Lapland invests in businesses whose customers expect high-quality, personalised service. Widely networked, Henry brings investors and companies broad experience in strategic management, supervisory leadership, VIP and close protection services, and running a licensed security company.

A former national-team-level powerlifter, Henry spends his free time on varied sports, reservist and voluntary national defence activities, and his passion for cars.

Petri is a seasoned real estate development and construction professional who combines an investor focus with deep knowledge of the northern property market. He also serves as a board professional, supporting projects with strategic insight and production management experience.

At Venture Lapland, Petri helps investors find and refine productive assets and leads projects efficiently through to completion. His particular strength is broad knowledge of construction, area development and property development. He brings zoning, infrastructure construction, plot development and investment models together into a coherent, phased whole.

The guiding star of Petri’s work is a sustainable, ecological way of building that combines functionality and cost-efficiency while minimising life-cycle emissions and supporting biodiversity.
