How can I invest in Venture Lapland?

Venture Lapland organises share issues of its own shares, in which you can become a shareholder. Sign up via our website for more detailed instructions and materials. The minimum investment for the share issue is €100 000.

What is Venture Lapland’s investment strategy?

We invest in the most promising growth companies and industries in the Lapland region that combine sustainable development, vitality and international growth potential.

When does Venture Lapland plan to go public?

Our aim is to be listed on Nasdaq First North in the next few years. This will provide investors with transparency, tradability and the opportunity to benefit from appreciation.

What is the minimum investment amount?

A minimum investment is defined in the share issue to allow participation by both private and institutional investors. Currently, the minimum investment is €100 000.

What is Venture Lapland’s return target?

We aim to achieve an annual return of 15% over the long term. This is based on our diversified investment strategy in Lapland’s growth companies, which offer both growth potential and value creation opportunities.
