Elias is an investor and serial entrepreneur from Rovaniemi with an exceptionally early and deep relationship with finance. He started investing at just 10 years old. Since then, he has built a diverse career in business, real estate investment and tourism, working in various organisations in both operational and strategic leadership roles.
Elias has played a key role in Lapland’s luxury travel sector, where he has been responsible for financial management and business strategy development in an environment serving international clients. His areas of expertise include high customer-value service concepts, data-driven decision-making and the building of internationally competitive business models.
Elias is known for his analytical thinking, long-term perspective and ability to bridge strategy and execution with a practical, hands-on approach.
Eelis Paukku
Founding Partner
Doctor of Laws, Legal Expert and Strategic Consultant
Eelis is a highly respected lawyer, researcher and consultant whose diverse expertise spans the deep integration of law, economics and technology. He graduated as the youngest Doctor of Laws in Finnish history at the age of 24 in 2020.
Eelis holds degrees in law (Doctor of Laws, LL.D.), economics and business administration (M.Sc. Econ.) and engineering (M.Sc. Tech.), and he is also an Authorized Public Accountant (KHT).
Eelis has an extensive publication record, with over 70 peer-reviewed articles on topics such as environmental law, tax law, commercial law and law & economics. He has taught tax law, environmental law, family and inheritance law, as well as economic crime and financial reporting law at several Finnish universities. In his consulting work, he focuses on demanding tax and accounting law assignments, due diligence reviews, special audits and corporate restructurings.
In positions of trust and ethics, Eelis serves as a member of the Finnish Olympic Committee’s Disciplinary Board for Ethical Matters. He is also a recognised sports enthusiast, a black belt judoka and a taekwondo practitioner.

Henry is a leader specialised in the strategic development of tourism and service businesses, with a strong background in international tourism in Lapland. He has extensive experience in operational and people leadership, building service processes and scaling seasonal business into high-quality customer experiences.
Henry has held key roles in growing and multicultural organisations, where he has been responsible for developing business models, strategic planning and leading recruitment processes to meet the seasonal needs of the tourism sector. His work combines hands-on leadership, customer insight and a long-term, visionary approach.
Petri Juotasniemi

Real Estate Developer, Construction Expert and Strategic Implementer
Petri is an experienced professional in real estate development and construction who combines investor-driven thinking with a deep understanding of the northern property market. He helps investors identify, acquire and enhance profitable real estate assets, from concept design all the way through to completed projects.
Petri leads projects efficiently to completion by drawing on his extensive experience in production and project management. His key expertise includes area development and its holistic management – from zoning and infrastructure to land development and investment models, all delivered as a carefully phased whole.
Sustainable construction is a central part of his thinking: ecological design, minimising lifecycle emissions and supporting biodiversity are combined with cost-efficiency and functionality. In addition, Petri serves on company boards, where he brings strategic insight and hands-on construction experience to support decision-making.
Niklas Säkkinen

Niklas is a finance professional and business developer with a strong passion for corporate growth, financial optimisation and strategic sparring. In addition to corporate finance, he has extensive experience in account management and financial analytics, and has helped organisations develop their sales processes, decision-making and financial stability.
Niklas has a deep understanding of the analysis of financing targets and risks, customer relationship development and portfolio management. His areas of expertise include cash flow analysis, budgeting and business valuation, which he leverages to build sustainable growth and long-term customer value. Niklas is also well-versed in the principles of sales and marketing.
